Can anyone have a custom Icon after lvl 20 or do you have to be a Guide or Older Player? Who do I send it to if anyone can have them?

Actually it goes, if you have a friend that can Icon what you want your icon to look like, and who you want it to be. Basically your icon has to represent you.

In your case, if you don't have an iconner as a friend, you will be force to pay someone to do your icon.

You can normally find someone to do one for free, or just ask someone for an older icon so you can hopefully make your own using the old one as a template, anyway I hope you figure this out. Also icon checkers are currently Kikuri, Deylin and I think Rem still.

Oh and look here Lazer, the poster above me here is an icon checker/maker. You should take a look at the list of the icon checkers, contact one of them and see if they are willing to make you an icon.

If you want to make your own they will send you a template.

As long as your character has reached level 20 you can get an icon uploaded into the game. Icon rules can be found Here.

By the way it takes me awhile to get a muse to create an icon and depending what it is I may or may not do it. But you can always send it to me to see what I can do.
