I banned Ace, Iwa, and Marcus right at this moment because of the three things in this topic title. It won't be for that long and if I were to just boot or mute them it wouldn't get the point across im trying to make.
Now Rules are in place in FFO for people to enjoy and have fun with the game. Sure there are many loopholes in the game and me as an admin can't even see what's "exactly" going on because I can only see what I can that is within my character view. FFO is such a small community and the effects of one person/group can affect the entire game world. Now also seeing as how FFO is so small one group of players have a greater control over the game and can dictate what will go on. As admin I've heard people talk about "omg thats not in the rulez". Yes, FFO is not perfect, you can sleep and filch and steal from a person and if they to defend themselves this person who is attacking will then forfeit their 3 kills per hour spam killing rule? Sounds broken dosent it. Or how about the new player who goes to Argo and get's killed by Player A once, Player B twice, and Player C once yet they are all aligned and fight together. Well I could continue on and on but I think you get the point. We all love FFO and play the same game together. No it dosent have to be all sunshine and rainbows. Like I said a little bit of what is in the title goes a long way. And with that being said their bans are lifted. Oh and anyone feel free to please debate on this, I know Marcus does. =) _________________________________________ ![]() |

I don't know what exactly happened, but if the first part is an incident where players were goading someone they've already killed about three times into attacking first, then killing him again and calling it fair play, it actually IS covered in the rules:
"2) Spam Killing: A generally acceptable number is up to 3 kills per hour. If a person retaliates this does not give you free reign to kill them 3 times all over again." I wouldn't be complaining anyways about what Jeebs did. If it was anyone else, surely me, you'd be banned for at least a week for trying to throw a false loophole at me. _________________________________________ ![]() |

I thought this was pretty clear.
You've killed them a few times and stop as to not spam kill. If they engage you, you can fight back. This does not mean if they engage you, you can kill them several times all over again as if the initial killings never took place. _________________________________________ |

Do people even read the rules we put on here? It explains exactly what's okay and what's not. Took me two seconds to find both things.
