Whether its hydro running around lifing people, then when killed takes screenshots to try and somehow get us banned, or black saying hes done fighting so we dont attack then running up to us and attacking.

Anyways, you obviously haven't had as much experience dealing with Black as everyone else in the community so we'll just let that slide. The difference is I don't need to backseat moderate and try to get my enemies banned in order to win.

Insults are just part of the game. They are against the rules, yes, but that doesn't mean you need to cry every time someone calls you a bad name or a silly remark. If that's how they're going to play this game from now on, then I simply won't even say a word to them while slaughtering them. It'll be less entertaining, since most of their fun seems to be from trolling and calling us names, but now that the rules are in place and people are going to be dicks about them then we might as well not even ever say a word to each other, lest one of us be banned!

Take notice: anything sexual will be counted as if irl. If you mean to RP doing sexual things to another character, it won't matter and still be counted as irl harassment. If you really want to do something like this with another person (cyber), take it on an instant messenger or go into an isolated location/chat area (an Inn room).

maybe if we took this chunk out of the rule we wouldnt have this issue? Or if we just moderated one say that really should count, nsay and just have regular say moderated sooooo loosely that it would have to be really bad for a heavy punishment. Also maybe we dont have to be banned for breaking this rule and just get muted?

Of course if that person then logged on another key to evade the mute then someone could whip out more severe mutes or the dreaded ban stick. I mean for this rule alone I REALLY REALLY REALLY dont think breaking this it should be ban worthy. (maybe in a extreme case) I would be highly disappointed in the admins if they banned someone for saying 'you're a nigger' or 'you're a slut slut slutterous!' Why? Cuz a mute is just as effective and it gives the person who got insulted the chance to kick their asses in pvp.
