Throw has an immense recoil, a rather high cost, and isn't the most applicable skill. It seems to take way too long to prof for those reasons. I suggest a reduction in the required uses to prof by around 25-50%.

I agree with Shane throw mana cost is to high so does its recoil, its the type of skill you wont use to much. Maybe a reduction in the number of uses to prof will work but how bout recoil is reduced a little?

I considered that but I think that might make it a bit too useful. The range of throw increases as you prof it; while it's in the single digits it feels absolutely useless but when you reach the point you can throw anyone to anywhere so long as there's no objects, then it's a lot more free. To be able to throw someone, run up to them, then throw them again immediately seems to be a bit much.
