Higher level cap

Last hosting when the level cap was 35, the high tear armor and weapons didn't cause as much problems. Player hp was much higher, and things actually seemed to work alot better. Has anything really been gained by lowering the level cap? I'm suggesting a level cap of 35, or even better 40. Class change at 20 and cap at 40 seems resonable.

I prefer the lower level cap.
Infinite progression is not fun for me.
It's enjoyable for me to be able to hit a comfort zone in terms of power and be able to actively participate in PVP, domain warfare, resource/money/item gathering, and politics.

I've never has as much fun as I have this hosting. There's been constant PVP and War due to the lower cap just as I had always anticipated.

There are a few problems, mainly how the proficiency cap was handled. I'm not sure why it was raised so high to begin with as it's contradictory to the whole purpose of reducing the level cap to begin with.

The game needs a few tweaks here and there but in general I believe the lower level cap to be a good thing.

I also like the suggestion someone made regarding limiting 1 character per person to get a feel for how Terulia would play out.

The only issue I see with this is that interest might die very quickly, but can you imagine if everyone didn't have their token WW alt for Life, BW alt for Scry, etc etc.

Some players would be a lot less useful and some would be a lot more valuable all of a sudden. It'd be pretty interesting!
