Make it so you don't get penality if you kill someone hostile to you, it would suck if a 4 man party attack you and you kill them all in self-defence, you would have over -100% alredy.
Change the hostile system a bit, like every time you respawn after a death, your hostile list is cleaned. _________________________________________ |

Make the penalties/protections apply after graving/respawns. Currently it does it immediately upon death; once Life is obtained, it would create an abuseable method to build up protection.
