Veda: Hindu (if I am correct) word for knowledge. See: Rig-Veda.
Jalknokal: Waaaaaaaay back in like 6th grade, my old pal Lucas , some other kid, and I would play one of those 'you're stuck in a house; do you go upstairs, downstairs, left, or right?' games, and after half a year of it, we got into this bat**** amazing formation of it, and he would start using the name Jalknokal (pronounced Ja-lock-no-call)as my 'person'.
Refennis: When I first played FF1, I used the name Ref as my WM's name. I wanted to make the same WM on FFO, but I wanted the name longer. Ref changed to Refenis, but Clair pointed out that the name looked like Re Penis. Therefore, Refennis was born.
Loki: Thor's mischevious brother, and my mastered Blue Mage (with mastered White Magic) in FFTA.
Zeral: A combination of the words Zero and Alpha. I found that out rather recently, however. Picked the name out of the blue.
Alcest: Another one from FFTA, this one being my Bangaa Templar/White Monk. He was a freakin' wall of health and damage, and Templars always looked kinda like royal guards of some sort, so Sir Alcest was used until Jeebs changed it to Alcest.
Lidenbok: This one is from FFTA as well, this being my mastered Paladin (who mastered almost everything non-magic as well), he was a brick wall, at best taking only 5-10 damage from anything. He immedietly replaced Zeral as my Fighter with the pwipe that began last hosting. He was secretly a demigod of a Fighter; shame I never class changed him...
Relleth: Alright, the big one. Starting years ago, continuing to this day, I would every-now-and-then play Star Wars Battlefront 1 and 2 with Fuj's little brother. When I wanted to make a file name, I initially picked Genrell (spinoff of the rank General). The name followed me to FF1, where I shortened it to Rell. When I got FF1&2:DoS I wanted to use the same name, but it didn't seem right being so short, so I added the e at the end, turning it into Relle. Eventually I added the 'th' at the end just for a second syllable. Its my favorite name I've created (only since I didn't 'create' Lidenbok), and it was my main for two hostings.
Letha: Smith gets the credit for this one. One day last hosting, he started calling me Letha instead of Relleth. The name really stuck, and recently see why he started calling me it. Apparently, Letha is a Greek(?) female name. Smith has believed that I am a woman. Which MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT explain
Smith says: NOW DO SEX WITH ME!!!!

EDIT: Apparently Relleth is old-english-something-like-that for relish (NOT THE CONDIMENT), as in 'to relish'.

EDIT B: Goddamnit LP now I have to change my Black Belt name from now on.

Lord Phoenix is a stupid name and I can't use it anymore anyway so now I'm Elpea because it's a double pun of being either read as LP or as a play on Cea's name (El-pay-uh).

So now for some of my favorite alt names you guys have seen or will see this hosting. Pretty much all of them are bad puns.

Brunhilda- My go to name for black wizard. She's of some middle european origin for whatever reason and it just seems like a gud name.

Fyiu Scha- Pink white wizard, sounds like a sagely wizardly name.

Trowlma Naim- My classic female knight. Lord Blax used to go around *****ing/bragging about 'name trolling' or getting 'name trolled' so for several hostings I would roll a female fighter with this name then go around screaming WONT YOU PLEASE TROWLMA NAIM. It was always hirarious to see Blax spell it all wrong as he tried to namesteal it.

Ahb Nachsious- Play off of Obnoxious for my old pink asshole ninjas. Used this for awhile after they made me stop rolling Fah Ghet Rei.

Dillinger- Thief named for John Dillinger, the badass american gangster and thief.

Mooby- My other white mage alt tucked away somewhere who will be my main ww if I even roll one. He's golden and a sacrilegious holy icon, so the J&SB reference seemed appropriate.

Lady Letto- My most favorite name for white mage alts when I decide to do a female one. Used originally to hit on Letto for trohahaols when he was first dubbed Lord Letto.

Iwamori, master, magic card, 5/5 beater that lets people put a legendary card from hand into play, I used to use it to draw out people's god **** then RFG that **** (picture had a muscley beastly monk !)

Kumano, name for my wizards, usually black wizard. He was a magic card that nuked the everloving **** out of everything if you had the mana; also, he was a master yamabushi.

Feroz, generic name i made for my wm.

White, Legendary red wizard who only shows up when his alter ego, Black, shows up.

Wulf Kaizen, vaguely german sounding name, i made it up. I was thinking about jiritsu when I made this (kaizen of jiritsu)

Lavitz, Legend of dragoon, used a spear, my favorite character next to Haschel
