Random striking thoughts:

Domains have a max pop of 50 still right? When a new player joins a domain you can classify what type of citizen they should be aka soldier, general, captain.

Soldier: +2% to offensive abilities.

Captain: +2% to soldiers in FOV (field of view)

General: +2% to captains in FOV.

-ability to make a clan with insignia at level 30
-leaders of clans/domains give insignia members a base 2% to stats for moral boost within FOV.

Limit two captains and one general per domain.

Same citizen class bonuses do not stack.

Pros of idea: promotes teamwork and immersion.

I don't really know why, but I like this idea a lot. It adds a new level of creativity in domains, which I'm almost always for. Love the idea Jeebers.

Horrible idea, we need to make the game more like SWTOR.

Seriously though, would be cool but we don't have the same active population as we did back in the day, bro. The only people playing would be the general and captains :P

True say, but that only depends on the population level. That I can't comment on until we see what comes after the pwipe.

No, for maximum effect everyone would have to choose to play Soldiers with one or two people who are always on at Captain/General. Considering that Captain/General wouldn't give buffs to oneself why would anyone pick it unless they have soldiers to do their **** for them or are a White Wizard?

Because last I checked, you don't make random schmucks generals and generals don't stand in for lowly soldiers.

Of course, me having such a high position of power, I don't expect you to understand the honor and pride that comes with a position as prestigious as this, that I have lived my whole life.

My point is that we don't have random schmucks to fill in as the soldiers so, Mos Honorabre Sea-san, those that would normally be "generals" or "captains" would have to be a soldier. It's most tactically beneficial and any general that doesn't get his hands dirty for the sake of tactics is a terrible general. Like you.
