Spammed like crazy when trying to do anything on the forums, took me around half an hour to even get to the reply page, which I load other sites fine

If it will help, I did a tracert and took down the information, and tomorrow when the forums are being difficult to load I can do another one for you. Generally, when one person is having trouble loading the forums, everyone is.

It's a shame because when the network is working fine they load beautifully.

Fing is a pretty legit network tool for Android phones, I believe it has a traceroute tool (or it did when I last used it).
