but seriously forget quake, we need to make MegaMan 8-Bit Deathmatch (godlike doom mod just released 2 years ago) but with ponies pony skins, maps, weapons yeeeeeeeeea this is really radical though _________________________________________ |

I was gonna link a vid but figured i'd just say the name so people could search, but here:
(actual gameplay starts at about 0:45) the reasons I mention it (besides the fact that I love it, though I haven't really played it in awhile) are that the style would fit MLP pony icons better (and in fact I've seen a Rainbow Dash skin for the game that looks really good) and it seems like it'd be easier and more plausible -- and considering how wildly popular MM8BDM was for a DOOM mod, I mean, tons of people like me that don't even play Doom online coming in to play it and all... OR WE COULD JUST MAKE AN MLP BYOND GAME OH WAIT _________________________________________ |

That's more similar to how Wolfenstein, or even Vengeance 56, displays characters - vs how any modern games do it. These are simply scaled images/skins, not models.

I was never really a fan of straight deathmatches; things like capture the flag in Quake were always more appealing to me.
