also lilest pet shop is the first new cartoon in a couple years i'm absolutely completely not interested in
i mean the designs ont he animals are slightly charming but the girl completely kills it, and even a guy like me who really likes cute **** feels like all this pony the last couple years has kinda soaked up every ounce of appreciation i have for stuff like that so that all that's left outside of it is one manly mother****er that'd never watch anything WEIRD like that!!

of course thats what i said 2 years ago when i started watching mlp but wad eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeva

Also i think the new villain looks kool and i want an action figure of him >:3

The one thing I've been wondering for a while is... Why is there a pony empire? Was is the result of Luna's conquests back in the day? Empire is a very specific hierarchy; I don't see how the ponies came to form one peacefully.

or maybe mr. sombra is the leader of said empire (despite his title being 'king', or was it 'prince'? 2 lazy to look it up) and is very mean to his subjects I don't know WE'LL SEE

i love watching these when they actually air, on actual tv, really really makes me feel like a kid again, getting all excited for a new show on saturday morning. I even loved watching them way back when they came on at 1pm Friday afternoons, oh man there was nothing like watching a fresh new episode of ponies when the whole thing was so very new that one new episode was like +10% of the entire fandom-up-to-that-point's worth of content to work with. mannnn

And this really will be my first season premiere that I'll be able to very normally and happily enjoy; I wasn't there for the first season's premiere, I was severely down in the dumps for a very good reason during the second's -- this time I'm nothing but hyped. And it's been a few months since I've been really obsessively into ponies -- I'm actually quite excited to remedy that again.
