Most of it looks like it would show up in 'Classic' Argo shops, from what I remember of the shops back then. The Blood Fire-Vest might be a long shot, and the Elven pieces are definitely out there, but other than that..

Edit: The HWM and Fur pieces are fair enough, but those definitely were not on the list when I first made the post. Aside from that, I really doubt anyone wears any shirts without HP Suffixes, even in Classic, and the Brace slots are prime locations for Wanderer/Wayfarer suffixes and elemental prefixes. I know the shops are nothing like the super-buffed varieties of the past few Gaku hostings but even back then we had suffix priorities.
