Also, the purpose of closing these threads is for displaying the issue as "resolved". If they weren't closed, I could easily go back and bump an old obscure bug that just might make Gaku freak out over how it's happening and waste his time before he realises he already fixed it. If only "Resolved" topics such as that were greyed out or stood out more signifigantly aside from some small icon labeling the topic, or something like that.

I mean, if what you needed to post in one of the topics in this subforum is so dreadfully important for you to post, then you can just create a new topic which would get the rightful amount of attention it deserves. There's like, absolutely no need for a resolved issue to be bumped by anything.
