Does anyone have any info on weapons and abilities? Like strengths and prof lv? Or what weapon and armor traits do what? And what certain abilities do?

That's our FAQ section. The prof requirements for the game are kept a secret officially (but I'll guarantee if you ask other people in-game they'll tell you. It's not nearly as cautious and hostile as it started). As for actual numbers, no one really knows. Not even people who believe they know the mechanics and are almost always wrong, and not even the creator as he can't be bothered to remember all his years upon years of coding (seriously, sometimes Gakumerasara remembers something about the game he programmed and shares it to reveal something we've never known the entire time).

If you ask around, and more importantly know who to ask (old players that type appropriately usually fit this category) you'll most likely find the necessary answers. But you won't find everything, sorry.

Also, don't worry about the skills and spells in the game, they're relatively straight-forward and by experience alone you'll learn most of them guaranteed (all of them if you aren't a mage who doesn't care as much about melee skills like me :p).
