You're better off spending your time inside the game actually training, because people who idle that arent in well protected/defended towns usually get killed one way or another. The only reason I can think of that this isn't in play is because Gaku wants the game to appear like it's actually active. You will either chalk it off to being edited or dismiss the fact that it's not hard to raise your PLC by simply playing the game in some other manner. If you keep your character capped, it can't take more than like a weeks worth of game-play to have your plc at world cap. We've obviously got different views on how the game should be and balancing. You guys also blatantly bring your personal vendetta bullshit into every discussion I'm involved in. So sorries you don't like how I play the game. In the end, even when if I'm a "troll" as you guys put it, I still have the best interest of the game's mechanics and future at heart.
