Making the rooms bigger won't matter. Its really easy to sit there while someone spam cures you and someone else kills everything. They'd have to have staggered level requirements spread out to accommodate Garland for level 35, or something.

Although when this happens, I foresee that it might be a lot more difficult for people to come by good equipment and gold. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I've been bugged to login more in the past three or four weeks than ever before. This version's hosting is nowhere near close to calling for a p-wipe.

I should specify, for like domain-takeovers and massive gang wars between people. It's very active right now. Don't cut the action off right when it's going great, then you'll just starve people and it'll take a long, boring while to get back where things were.

Actually, I agree with this. That seemed to work so well in 3.5 I think it was removed so players could get more help on quests, but it kept things in check.

I say no to a pwipe for once. It's been done enough to prove that it doesn't fix shit. Games that require pwipes to "fix things" in any way have fundamental underlying issues that need to be addressed.

FFO has been pwiped a ton in the past two years.

It turns off new players, incase you guys don't remember, that's one of the major complaints that's been filed against FFO.

If you wanna start over fresh and new, delete your character. Don't fuck over the new players because it's boring for you.

People kept crying about us Shyronites having good gear. That's why JUST wizard staves were removed from the game.

I think double bladed axes and giants blade got removed as well too, but the point was to get rid of BW's being strong I thought.

Everyone's going to blast me for this but we could try removing the server cap for once on this version... See how the balancing holds up at higher levels and stuff.

Maybe even re-add the ancients for a long-term goal instead of just endless grinding, as it is now.

Yeah listen to this guy. Basically the two big groups of FFO right now are his side and our side warring and you'd think our opinion would matter on whether or not FFO needs a p-wipe.

As for Terulia, I can't say with a surety right now. A lot of things are still being worked out.

It's definitely going to take longer to cap out.

I guess we'll have to wait and see.

There's still all the top tier armors.

Also, agree 100% with this post. cause we can wipe, have our wars up until someone wins, then it'll be another 4 months before someone challenges the winners, long after training gets non-existent and sucks for the newer players who never think "that capped people don't train, maybe we should train together".

Some new content would be cool, maybe some awesome suggestions put in (granaries adding food items to the item shop, buff to blind, etc) to at least make the pwipe not a complete waste of time.

I think it works out better with our lower level cap though. Makes numbers better than being higher level, so newer people have a much easier time challenging older people. I'd rather not make any step forward toward a future where people who've put way more time into the game are literally impossible to kill if they're not idle.

Lythian, Gene, Kumog (I remember one instance I think it was me and Haze or Jeebs beating on him for like five minutes until we just made a truce because of how time-consuming it was). The health isn't as high as it used to but I think the balance we have now is actually pretty great in my opinion, and status spells are already on the right track.
