As i come back from the night, i see someone said. "You don't have to accept life" You're correct, and i didn't. It's obvious you try to use that to your advantage for the punishment. I however haven't gotten lifed. Adrindo and I had kept getting spawn/spam killed. It was by Darlute and Cea the most, Also Fyloc. I even asked to stop and tried to run to NB, they followed, apposed with the Deathsickness, and brutality Raped me to level 17, also with 201 hp. I have screenshots, and i even have darlute claiming there getting banned because they know either me or Adrindo was reporting.

Argo, and not by the same person, or small group of people, Pretty much all of FFO Minus the newbies, and one or two have tried / wanted to/ succeeded in killing black; so that means all of FFO minus the newbies and one or two people should be banned for killing him is what hes saying.

(because i'm pretty sure those people hes listed arent the only ones who have killed him)

Me alongside Haze and other people have been feared and slowed in the process of attacking black. Being feared or slowed over the past 4 days means you either killed black, went through ice caves, or fourth floor ruins.

Even though we have rule 14, there can't a rule that says that you -have- to reply to a guide or renamer. Simply for the reason that Nsay can be disabled at each players discretion.

True, but the character was not even talking in any of the channels, but a mute might have gone too far. But if the said character had any problems with being muted they could have said something after the mute ended or complained in the forums, thats what they are there for apparently.

I wasnt even gonna say anything, but I dont agree with Aries at all. That would be just another reason for people to countinue to abuse there powers in this game, and it happens ALOT. However I dont think comparing what Black did to things like rape, and other irl things is correct and imo completly uncomparable.

This is still a game and one of the reasons we have admins....wasnt there a time we had kinda court system and actual meetings? Anyway, I feel Black should be able to state his case and try to fight his ban. The renamer however should be banned.

Where the fuck are you GETTING this shit? "As soon as we do anything to him" OF COURSE he fucking retaliates it's called self-defense. And just because he's smart enough to know "oh they want to kill me, there's a 0% chance of escape" and would rather make attacking him difficult doesn't mean the rules suddenly don't apply. If you repeatedly engage him then the rule applies, plain and simple.

But then again it's Black, and nobody seems to bother with abiding by the rules when it comes to him. It's just "oh it's Black *ban*" with ya'll.


EDIT: I'd also like to point out I got banned for casting a single spell before. Because the people in my group (aka: not me) had killed the same person and thus our entire group was considered a single entity spam killing a player. Sooooo why is this situation any different?

I don't know Deshawn, I usually stand up for the person getting picked on by the TSH idiots. And I also take care not to break rules myself, as I was once an admin.

We did one drive by in town and after that I told everyone I'm not doing it any more and they shouldn't either. And they stopped. Then we waited outside. Then Black came outside.

Black is pretty well known for trying to get people in trouble for the exact same thing he's done before... And with poor evidence at that.

This issue should just be dropped and ignored because it's just a huge drama-fest with Black at the center as usual. The closest to rule breaking that happened would be some one renaming a person to screw them over. Which happened after all this!

Personally I believe the rules should apply to everyone. You don't make exceptions simply because they have been a problem in the past. Unless of course they in fact break a rule,in which case then history may be looked at in determining a length of punishment.

I still see no spam killing in those screenshots. You have to realize that if you run into the battlefield of the enemy, you're going to get shot. We were south of Argo, and you had PLENTY of options, yet you continued to come down to us. And it's so god damn obvious the reason, too, you don't give a shit if you die, your intent was to get evidence for spam killing to get banned.
