Actually Letto has a decent idea, a fine like that would defer pking kingdom members indefinitly. Possibly make it go up everytime you commit "said treson".

Could just make it so you don't gain exp and no items/gold are dropped if you kill a fellow kingdom member, ya know, on top of the being outlawed/banished from your kingdom thing.

what if you don't wish to be a part of a kingdom? will that be posible to do and still live in a domain? considering the mercenary guild i am creating, it would make my guild sided in a way. i wouldnt be able to give everyone the option of hiring a mercenary

well, i kno that you cannot harm fellow kingdom members, but its just gonna be a pain in the ass for people who dont want to take a side in a kingdom to not have Dsay (or whatever your putting in). it might make sence to allow a world chat to all non newbie players, and then a Dsay chat as well for kingdoms only?
