This is my main objection: There is a good deal of players who have already benefeted from raiding chests, and spamming their skills, and that leaves the rest of us really lopsised, where new players and new characters will always be way behind with no real way to catch up.

It would make some sense that if there are going to be so many drastic changes, there should be a pwipe and then let everyone sort out how they are going to play.

These changes aren't that hard to overcome. If anything, removing the chest spawns make it much easier to catch up. P-wipes aren't made to pander to bad players either.

The thing is I LOVE this game, and you calling a relativly newer player a crappy player is kinda dumb cause I dont see you doing anything to help people get better. Alot of these "updates" are really confusing to some of us who aren't on the admin team or the inside crowd. We just wake up one day to find all our stuff gone and our characters harder to play with. Its really damn frustrating.

Same. Profs are so hard to get right now, mages are near useless, and it doesn't feel like there's a reason to go train/kill monsters any more.

The new system has been in effect for barely a week. If you want to quit that's your prerogative. It's not like Gaku hasn't been updating and making additional changes to the system. I understand that right now certain aspects of the game have become frustrating. If people are playing and reporting back about what's wrong or what needs to be changed I'm sure it'll come to a happy medium before long. Just look at how much work Gaku has done to the game this month alone.

Once things balance out and everyone can train reasonably and get back into domain warfare I think things will pick back up.

Like I said, I'm not going to quit. I'm just quitting my RW, who is now made useless. With the insane prof rate, the tiny mana pool, the worthless defense, and the new change of worthless refresh, there is no reason to play one any more.

Mages had their armor proffing rate increased a lot.
Gaku's been fixing mechanics for mage skills.

Mages are getting 'fixed' one step at a time.
