2 reasons

1. if ffo is now a testing ground for terulia updates, then having 1 character per account would make the tests a little more accurate i suppose....if anything that wud become interfered with multiple characters on a key wud interfere

2. pwipe just because, alot of players are on their 4th or 5th char alrdy, leveling is way too easy, and would be cool to give it a fresh start and not have to deal with "i beat this guy up in pvp, oh wait, here comes a capped alt with other shit to beat me"

how was this relevant? why would this help? this was a serious suggestion, and 1 character per ip seems fair, get rid of the exp buff so its harder to prof and people will spend the same time on 1 char as they have on multiple chars now, which means they wont be able to have 1 of everything, they will actually have to really think on the class they want

also, it will more then definitely STOP MULING which im pretty sure is why lvl 1s can drop stuff now, with only 1 char per key, people cant mule, meaning the rewards for killing someone will be much higher, and will also keep people away from having god-gear if they cant mule it til they can engrave, since they will become massive targets

You can't ask for a game to be pwiped just because players have a couple characters. Also, people switching to a stronger/capped character isn't something unique to this hosting. That would be any hosting, including one after this one, given some time. (If there will be one, which has been stated not to be).

If Gaku wouldn't mind doctoring up FFO to help enforce this I think it would be a good idea.


PS: I don't think the leveling up fast is much of a problem but I think a prof cap reduction would be appropriate.

I've seen much more PVP and domain warfare this hosting compared to others. This is one of the reasons I had been pushing for a lower cap for such a long time.

maybe you took it wrong, i was suggesting an update to ffo which would make it more similar to terulia, since ffo is now a playground for terulia testing, why not make it a bit more similar? and this update would require a pwipe, unless gaku wants to go around asking everyone which char they wanna keep

ranks are retarded, and both my eles are around prof 45-48 with t1s, and around 42-45 t2s, my statuses are under prof 40, i just have stockpiled exp, it also equates exp spent into your spells :P
